Give Someone a Place to Call Home
St Bart’s Street to Home program reaches out to people whose lives are in crisis, and aims to break the cycle of homelessness.
The program anticipates where individuals are at risk of becoming homeless, and takes a preventative approach by removing them from a state of uncertainty and distress, and relocating them to a secure and supported environment.
St Bartholomew’s House Housing Support Workers are there for people in their darkest hours, providing a pathway to turn their lives around. They support them every step of the way, working with each person for approximately 12 months, to help them reconnect and live successfully in the community.
‘Give someone a place to call home’ by donating to the Street to Home program.
Your investment will reconnect lives by providing essential services and accommodation which will help restore the dignity of some of Perth’s most vulnerable people and assist them to return to a productive life in the community.
